In this class, you are invited to discover where your breath can take you. Explore your energetic body by combining breathing exercises, a soothing asana practice, similar to yin yoga, with some Reiki-inspired practices. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
After conscious movement, expect a long Savasana with hands-on adjustments (with consent) to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
