Yoga and Conversations

Honouring ancient traditions with a contemporary approach, practice guides us to dance in harmony with life The beauty of yoga is that it has many entrances to an inner journey from where we move more grounded, yet lighter, with clarity. Regardless of style all of us here at Living Room share the belief that the more we invite practice, the more we reverence the intelligence, we create faith, in tune with our knowledge. Practice mirrors many layers, and we are all disciples in a bigger universal puzzle.

Unveil For Sweet Dreams. Gentle Yoga Flow

Give attention to your unique rhythm and the season. Know what to invite, undress and dissolve; find tranquillity. The intensity of our days, impressions, practicalities, our minds occupied. To calibrate for what’s needed, we might move dynamic or gently, to that state where the mind softens and finds empathy for what we haven’t had time to recognise. A class to hold space with an intention for that “coming home”, for sweet dreams.

Hatha Yoga

With great attention to the individual circumstances of each person, this class allows you to focus on correct alignment and your breath. In Arantzas classes, dynamic vinyāsas coexist with more static āsanas, as well as prāṇāyāma, svādhyāya, japa & meditations. With the firm conviction that “without the correct breathing, it is not Yoga; without introspection, it is not Yoga”.

Unwind Seal the Week Yoga Flow

An exploration practice to find steadiness, core and unfold the joy of movement and breathing space. From flow allowing us to slow down, inviting stillness, surrender and restore. Allow the buzz around us to cease, turn inwardly and stay with breaths close to our original pulse. This class will flow towards tranquillity, from dynamic to gentle. Bringing in the ayurvedic belief that our pulse mirrors our true essence, our blueprint.

Reiki Yoga

Explore your energetic body by combining breathing exercises, a soothing asana practice, similar to yin yoga, with some Reiki-inspired practices. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
After conscious movement, expect a long Savasana with hands-on adjustments (with consent) to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
