Awakening Practice and Meditation Sarah

An early morning class with gentle asanas to prepare and restore for meditation. Using the movements to open up the body energetically and in use of the ancient tools of pranayama, visualisation and mantra calm the mind. The intention and themes of the meditation will vary. We wish you to leave the moment feeling more centred, grounded and in tune with your essence, your true nature. This class welcomes everyone from the adventurous beginner to the more experienced practitioner.

A challenging vinyasa class to spark curiosity and deep connection in oneself. It incorporates stronger flows and creative sequences that offer a space to learn and discover fluidity, ease, and grace. It aims to progress one’s personal practice as well as the many ways we perceive and express ourselves.

Awakening Practice & Meditation Anna

An early morning class for somatic movements, soft yoga, pranayama and with a focus on meditation. An awakening of the body and a connection with silence, with you. It takes courage to discover (and live) who you are. Courage to act despite challenges and fear. In meditation, in silence… when you calm the monkey chatter in your mind you might hear your inner voice… A class for all levels.

In this class, you are invited to discover where your breath can take you. Whether you want to feel deep relaxation, grounded or energised, you will be able to work with your breath actively and consciously in a way that helps you to get what you need. Sweet Yoga Flow with Yoga Nidra

Give attention to your unique rhythm and the season. Undress, breathe and be responsive to calibrate for what’s needed; allowing the practice to nourish you. We might move more dynamically or gently towards tranquillity; to that state where our mind is less occupied and we can surrender. A class to hold space with an intention for that “coming home”, for sweet dreams.

These classes focus on improving concentration and creating a stronger bond within yourself through fun movements and mindfulness. Deal with stress and emotions. Build inner strength and self-acceptance. You can not start early enough with yoga.

A mix of stronger flows and calm sequences that offer time for reflection, recovery and stillness. This class aims to share happiness, energy and a yoga practice that enables you to discover the relationship between body, mind and breath. Reiki Yoga

Explore your energetic body by combining breathing exercises, a soothing asana practice, similar to yin yoga, with some Reiki-inspired practices. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. After conscious movement, expect a long Savasana with hands-on adjustments (with consent) to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
