In this class, you are invited to discover where your breath can take you. Whether you want to feel deep relaxation, grounded or energised, you will be able to work with your breath actively and consciously in a way that helps you to get what you need. Explore your energetic body by combining breathing exercises, a soothing asana practice, similar to yin yoga, with some Reiki-inspired practices. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
