Honouring ancient traditions with a contemporary approach, practice guides us to dance in harmony with life The beauty of yoga is that it has many entrances to an inner journey from where we move more grounded, yet lighter, with clarity. Regardless of style all of us here at Living Room share the belief that the more we invite practice, the more we reverence the intelligence, we create faith, in tune with our knowledge. Practice mirrors many layers, and we are all disciples in a bigger universal puzzle.

With Annica Fredriksson & Sarah Elfvin
You are invited to a practice where we give space to let our yoga mirror what feels important to recognise for the coming week. An honouring of you and what you wish to unfold.
Calm down & breathe, feel & release. We immerse ourselves into Yin with a passive and permissive attitude, without goals nor expectations, taking time to explore sensations and surrendering to the present moment’s reality. Yin is softer but not straightforward; It is allowing, calming and yet challenging, an effective and powerful yoga practice.
Ideal for everyone, regardless of physical condition.
A practice to explore how it feels to be the human you are in this moment. What does your practice reflect? Which stories are communicated? To move in a way that resonates with you. To breathe your breath and hold space for you and hear which paths you wish to tread. A creative and meditative flow for everyone.
A mix of stronger flows and calm sequences, that offer time for reflection, recovery and stillness. This class aims to share happiness, energy and a yoga practice that enables you to discover the relationship between body, mind and breath.
A turning and tuning into that place where we reverence our pace, and guided by breaths unfold, navigate in accordance with our soul and with what is. Be the explorer, be intrigued, notice what’s mirrored, and play with the small manoeuvres for that joy where things come together in union. Honour your blueprint, be a soul warrior. A dynamic class with the intention to make the invisible visible. Yoga offers magic tools. Live. Dance.
In this class, you are invited to discover where your breath can take you. Whether you want to feel deep relaxation, grounded or energised, you will be able to work with your breath actively and consciously in a way that helps you to get what you need. Our focus will mainly be on alternate breathing techniques. Breathing can truly be your Super Power!
Give attention to your unique rhythm and the season. Know what to invite, undress and dissolve; find tranquillity. The intensity of our days, impressions, practicalities, our minds occupied. To calibrate for what’s needed, we might move dynamic or gently, to that state where the mind softens and finds empathy for what we haven’t had time to recognise. A class to hold space with an intention for that “coming home”, for sweet dreams.
To reconnect to your body, your mind and your breath. The classes will help you to sense the sensations we create through movements and stillness and build an important foundation of self-love and acceptance. A great balance between effort and surrender.
With great attention to the individual circumstances of each person, this class allows you to focus on correct alignment and your breath. In Arantzas classes, dynamic vinyāsas coexist with more static āsanas, as well as prāṇāyāma, svādhyāya, japa & meditations. With the firm conviction that “without the correct breathing, it is not Yoga; without introspection, it is not Yoga”.
These classes focus on improving concentration and creating a stronger bond within yourself through fun movements and mindfulness. Deal with stress and emotions. Build inner strength and self-acceptance. You can not start early enough with yoga.
An exploration practice to find steadiness, core and unfold the joy of movement and breathing space. From flow allowing us to slow down, inviting stillness, surrender and restore. Allow the buzz around us to cease, turn inwardly and stay with breaths close to our original pulse. This class will flow towards tranquillity, from dynamic to gentle. Bringing in the ayurvedic belief that our pulse mirrors our true essence, our blueprint.
Explore your energetic body by combining breathing exercises, a soothing asana practice, similar to yin yoga, with some Reiki-inspired practices. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
After conscious movement, expect a long Savasana with hands-on adjustments (with consent) to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
